These Terms govern access to and use of Wire Walk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your company.
Business service
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the company using Wire Walk. You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and activity within your company workspace.
The service
Wire Walk provides tools for creating, managing, and exporting electrical estimates. We may improve or modify the service over time. Beta or preview functionality may change and may not always be available.
Your estimates and professional responsibility
You remain responsible for every estimate, price, scope, tax setting, note, photo, and customer document produced with Wire Walk. Wire Walk does not provide electrical, engineering, code-compliance, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Review all outputs before relying on or sending them.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you enter into Wire Walk. You grant us the limited right to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload or use the content you provide.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wire Walk unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, misrepresent your identity, or use another company’s information without permission.
Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation
Paid access is billed at the price and interval shown at checkout. Trials convert only as described during signup. Stripe processes payments. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect according to the billing details shown there. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Availability
We work to keep Wire Walk reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Internet, hosting, database, and third-party service interruptions can occur. Maintain any records or exports your business requires.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect the service, prevent misuse, address nonpayment, or comply with law. You may stop using Wire Walk at any time and may request account assistance at the contact below.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wire Walk disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Wire Walk during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
