Wire Walk provides electrical estimating software for contractors. This policy explains what information we handle, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect account and company information you provide, such as your name, email address, company name, and authentication details. When you use the service, we process the estimate data you enter, including customer names and addresses, rooms, line items, pricing, notes, and job photos.
We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session information, browser details, timestamps, and error logs. Stripe handles payment-card information directly; Wire Walk stores only Stripe customer, subscription, and status identifiers.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Wire Walk.
- Authenticate users and keep company workspaces separated.
- Generate estimates, PDFs, and other outputs you request.
- Manage trials, subscriptions, billing status, and support.
- Detect misuse, investigate problems, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers for hosting, database and authentication services, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers process information only to perform services for Wire Walk and under their own contractual and security obligations.
Your customer information
You control the customer and job information entered into your company workspace. You are responsible for having an appropriate business purpose and any permission required to collect, store, or share that information.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update account information through the service and request assistance with access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Certain records may be retained when required for security, billing, or legal reasons.
Children
Wire Walk is a business service and is not intended for children under 13.
